We believe that at Chambersburg Bible Church, we have a solemn duty to fulfill our Lord’s command to spread the gospel throughout the world, as commanded in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20Matthew 28:18-20

The missions program currently supports 32 missionaries and missions agencies under the guidance of the Missions Committee. The committee is responsible for recommending missionaries for support, interviewing them when they present their work, preparing the mission budget and planning the annual Mission Conference.
The Missions Committee also encourages church members to participate in short term missions trips. During 2008 & 2009, various church members served the Lord in missions work through teaching, working, and assistance ministries. These missions projects included a partnership with Heritage Christian Academy to minister in Mexico through evangelism and work projects, an endevour to support Source of Light Ministries in Madison, GA for a work project, an evanglism and work project to New York, NY, and other work projects to Children’s Bible Ministries (CBM) in Townsend, TN and Southwestern PA.
Additionally, many members of the church volunteer their time to serve in local Good News Clubs, summer Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) Good News Camps, and the Fellowship of Bible Churches’ Camp Ministry, Camp Tohiglo.
